Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, sales, or new product drops, please allow a little extra time for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or factors outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure all shipping information provided is correct at checkout. The Wife Next Door is not responsible for lost parcels or deliveries sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie and swimwear sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed, as we begin processing your items immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

Responsibility

We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Once an order has been dispatched and tracking provided, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier or postal service.
